Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or products?
Our cleaners bring their own cleaning products to every assignment. For larger equipment such as vacuums and mops, we ask that these are made available on site where possible. If this is not possible please let us know at the time of booking and we will make alternative arrangements.
How do I get a Quote?
Get in touch using our contact form, by phone or by email. We will ask a few questions about the property or site, confirm the scope of work and provide pricing before any work begins. All quotes are based on the information provided at enquiry stage.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in West London and cover surrounding areas for office cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning and domestic cleaning. If you are outside of West London please still get in touch as we may be able to accommodate depending on location.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that plans can change. We simply ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. For one-off and end of tenancy bookings we ask for at least 48 hours notice where possible. For regular and commercial arrangements please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do I need to be home or onsite during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients provide access arrangements such as keys or entry codes. We handle all access information securely and confidentially.
How do I pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer. For one-off and end of tenancy cleans payment terms are agreed at booking stage. For office and commercial clients invoices are issued and payable within 14 days.
